精品论文 参考文献 紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗用于晚期食道癌治疗中的效果及预后分析 何文琼 马莹 刘健 谷家立 　　南京理工大学医院 江苏南京 210094 　　摘要：目的：分析紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗用于晚期食道癌治疗中的效果及预后。方法：选取2012年2月至2012年6月于南京鼓楼医院肿瘤科接受的晚期食道癌患者90例。以数字法随机将病患分为观察组（45例）和对照组（45例）。对照组采用顺铂联合5-氟尿嘧啶化疗，观察组采用紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗，对比两组疗效、生活质量改善情况及副作用。结果：观察组疗效为优者占比以及优良率均明显高于对照组；观察组生活质量完全改善者占比以及总改善率均显著高于对照组；生活质量与生存率呈正相关；观察组过敏反应、关节酸痛以及脱发、心脏毒性的发生率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论：紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗用于晚期食道癌治疗中，不仅可明显提升治疗效果，改善生活质量，还可减少药物带来的副作用，安全性好，值得推荐。 　　关键词：紫杉醇；顺铂；晚期食道癌；效果；预后 　　Abstract：Objective：To analyze the effect and prognosis of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.. Methods：From February2012 to June 2012 in departmengt of oncology，Nanjing Gulou hospital 90 cases of advanced esophageal cancer.The patients were randomly divided into observation group（45 cases）and control group（45 cases）by digital method. The control group was treated with cisplatin combined with 5- chemotherapy，and the observation group was treated with paclitaxel and cisplatin，compared the effect of the two groups，the improvement of the quality of life and the side effect. Results：The effect of the observation grouprsquo;s excellent and good rate was significantly higher than the control group；The total improvement rate of the patients with the improvement of the quality of life and the total improvement rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group；The quality of life and the survival rate were positively correlated；joint ache，and the incidence of heart toxicity in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：Paclitaxel Combined with cisplatin chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer，can not only improve the treatment effect，improve the quality of life，but also can reduce the side effect of the drug.
