密级: 分类号: 经济学硕士学位论文 试论现代企业经营管理中的伦理道德问题 硕士研究生:张哲 导师:高树军副教授 申请学位级别:经济学硕士 学科专业:政治经济学 答辩日期二2000年6月 授予学位单位:河北大学 摘要 摘要 现代社会，随着人类整体素质的提高，人们对一些问题的认识 进一步深人。在经济的运行中，已经把人作为了主体，突出体现人 的意识。作为社会经济细胞的企业，把人类所特有的伦理道德意识 普及到企业的经营管理活动中，是现代经营管理的特点和进步。 本文的写作在于唤醒企业及整个社会对企业伦理道德问题的 关注，改变企业所信奉的生产目标“唯利润论”，树立“利润与道德并 重”的新观念。文章从企业伦理道德问题的形成与演变人手，提出 问题，进而分析企业伦理道德的涵义、内容以及它在企业经营管理 中的地位和作用。通过对存在于企业中的典型伦理道德问题的分 析，详细展开作者的观念和见解，明确关注企业伦理道德建设的必 要性和迫切性。文章最后提出了加强企业伦理道德建设的方法和 途径，通过加强社会监督及提高企业管理者和企业员工的道德素 质，推动企业伦理道德建设。 关键词:企业经营管理伦理道德 Abstract Abstract In the contemporary society，with the enchance of the overall human quality and the more profound comprehension towards some social issues， men have become the subject in the economic process，which emphasizes especially the human consciousness .Enterprises，as the economic cells in the society，apply the human ethics and morality into the enterprise man- agement, and such symbolizes the features and progress of the mordern management. The thesis aims at awakening the enterprises and the whole society， and drawing their concerns and focus on the business ethics and morality， so that enterprises should change their Profit一orientation target adhered to them，and establish a new concept of equal emphasis on profit and mo- rality .The thesis begins with the formation and evolution of the business ethics and morality;raise questions and analyze its meaning，contens，and their position and function in the enterprise management .The thesis then elaborats the writer’s viewpoirnts and explounds the necessity and urgency of the construction of business ethics and morality，through the analyses of the typical ethical and moral issues . Finally it puts forward the way and so- lution to enhancement the business ethics and morality，that is，to promote the business ethics and morality，through the strengthening of social superi- sion and inprovement of morality of the administrative personal and em- ployees in enterprises，to promote the business ethics and morality.
