To deal with. The metamorphic effect of the intermediate alloy of al-10sr was studied through X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that, as the cooling rate of air, ice water and liquid nitrogen increased, the metamorphic effect of al-10sr increased, and the eutectic silicon became even smaller.
