摘要:本文研究了一种新型的中密度纤维板表面装饰方法:即先对中密度纤维板进行预处理,然后对其表面进行粉末喷涂,从而获得更加环保的表面装饰性材料。采用单因素试验设计方法进行粉末喷涂固化工艺的试验涂膜性能参照国家标准测试。结果表明:(1)达到最佳涂膜性能和装饰效果的工艺条件是:采用320P号砂纸对基材表面进行磨砂处理后将其放入60℃恒温干燥箱中干燥30min,再将喷涂的板块放在155℃红外灯下加热固化min。(2)最优工艺条件下的饰面中纤板的固化程度测试合格,附着力等级为0级,耐划痕性能合格,耐烟烫等级4级,耐污染程度基本合格。

Abstract: This paper deals with a new method of MDF decoration: Firstly, to do some pretreatments of MDF and powder coating its surface, resulting in more environmentally decorative surface materials. Through test we had determined an ideal method of disposition on the surface of MDF, adopting single factor experiments to design method for powder coating curing process test. The performance of the coating referenced to the national standards. The results of the experiment are as follows : ⑴ the process conditions for optimum coating performance and decorative effect is to use the 320P# sandpaper to frost the surface of MDF and then placed them in a constant temperature oven of 60℃ to drying about 30 min, and then put them under an infrared lamp to heating and curing, the temperature of the infrared lamp is about 155℃ and the curing time is about 5 min; ⑵ The finishes’ degree of cure under the optimal process conditions has meet the standard, the adhesion level is 0, the scratch resistance level is qualified, the smoke hot resistance level is 4, and the anti-pollution resistance level is basically qualified.
