矿用皮带输送机制动系统设计 摘要 本次毕业设计是关于矿用胶带输送机制动系统的设计。首先对矿用胶带输送机作了简单的概述并分析了国内外发展的现状以及趋势;接着根据选题的基本参数做了简单的推算,计算出了制动器的基本数据;然后通过分析下运关键制动技术及各种不同制动装置之间的优缺点,最后得出结论饼找出适合本次设计的制动器;然后对该盘式制动器的技术关键跟主要特点做了研究跟计算;然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计;接着对所选择的盘式制动器各主要零部件进行了设计校核。通过对输送机系统的动态建模计算和仿 真分析,将静态设计结论和动态分析结果相结合,指出长运距、大运量下运带式输送机启动、运行和制动过程中存在的问题,并提出可行的控制理论和解决方案最后又详细的分析了该胶带输送机在实际环境中的表现,满足了实际生产的要求,也符合了本次设计的要求。 关键词:带式输送机;制动器;防爆盘式制动器 Abstract this graduation project is about the mineral product adhesive tape conveyer braking systems design. First has made the simple outline to the mineral product adhesive tape conveyer and has analyzed the domestic and foreign development present situation as well as the tendency; Then has made the simple calculation according to the selected topic basic parameter, calculated brakes master data; Then transports between the key brake technology and each kind of different arresting gear good and bad points through the analysis, finally obtains the conclusion cake to discover suits this design the brake; Then has done the research to this disc brakes technical key with the main feature with the computation; Then acts according to these design criterion and the computation shaping method according to assigns the parameter to request to carry on the shaping design; Then to disc brake each main spare part which chose has carried on the design examination. Through and imitates to the conveyer systems dynamic modelling computation to analyze really, unifies the static design conclusion and the dynamic analysis result, pointed out that long haul, under the great transportation amount transports the belt conveyer to start the question which, in the movement and the brake process exists, and proposed that the feasible control theory and the solution the detailed analysis this adhesive tape conveyers in actual environment performance, have satisfied the actual production request finally, also has met this design requirement. key word: Bel
