毕业设计(论文) 设计论文题目: 煤气阀体的压铸工艺分 析及压铸模设计 学生姓名: 学生学号: 专业班级: 学院名称: 材料科学与工程学院 指导老师: 学院院长: 201 年 月 日 煤气阀体的压铸工艺分析及压铸模设计 摘 要 压铸是将熔融金属液体在高压、高速的条件下顺浇口填充模具型腔,同时在高压下冷却成型的一项铸造方法。压铸的特点是可以成型复杂的零件,适合进行大批量的生产,材料使用率高等。 压铸模是进行压铸工艺流程的装备。在经济批量生产中,压铸模具是否符合工艺要求是十分重要的,将会直接引起生产的质量和效率。加工模具的费用也是很高的,成形后很难进行大的修改,所以需要仔细设计压铸模具。 本次煤气阀体的设计的难点在于选择分型面和合理设计侧抽芯机构。综合考虑本次铸件的尺寸和结构特点,由于该铸件有两个两端的通气管道,主体的内径也是不是相同的,所以分型面为折线型的分型面,并利用滑块和斜导柱来实现抽芯。 通过本次的压铸设计,学习掌握压铸方面的基本原理和应用,并亲自动手设计煤气阀体的压铸模具。 关键词:压铸;分型面;侧抽芯;滑块;斜导柱 The analysis and design of die casting mold for gas valve body Abstract Die casting is a sort of casting under the condtions of high pressure,high speed which we fill the molten metal liquid into the mold cavity,and then cool it down under also the high pressure at the same time. We can notice some characteristics in die casting,such as it can shape complex parts,suitable for the production of high volume and also has a high usage of material. The die casting mold is an important equipement comes to the process of die casting.In the economic mass production,the mold’s meet to the technical requirments is very important aspect which can be a direct result of the quality and efficiency of the production.Considering the cost of the mold is high,and it forms difficult major modications when it has been made,so it requires to be designed carefully. The difficulties of this design for the gas valve body lies in choosing the fit parting surface and the rational design for the side core pulling mechanism.Considering the size and structural characteristics of the casting,the two ends of the ventilation holes,the inner diameter of the body is not the same; so the parting surface in this desing is chosen as a type of zigzag.The use of the oblique slide block and the inclined guide post to achieve core pulling.
