Analyzes the characteristics of tri-band method and the heterodyne method using tri-band heterodyne method to study: heterodyne fringe concentrated in the high frequency part of the expansion so as to ensure the reliability of fitting precision, tri-band method only three sets of stripes do time phase unwrapping, high efficiency. And the effectiveness of the use of computer simulation experiments tri-band heterodyne phase expansion method was validated experimental results show the method. Measurement of the surface shape of three-dimensional objects in the future is one of the main topics to be studied people with high market value, it is worth to pay attention to the direction and research.
