摘要 本文设计了一套可用于对垃圾进行智能分类的系统方案,该方案通过OpenMV实现对不同颜色的垃圾桶进行识别,通过红外传感器实现对垃圾桶是否装满进行检测,通过电机旋转模拟倒垃圾的过程。本套设计方案采用51单片机作为系统的主控芯片,搭配OpenMV摄像头模组,红外检测传感器、电机等其他外围I/O设备,通过方针对方案进行了验证,最终,实现了对不同颜色的垃圾桶进行识别并模拟实现自动倒垃圾的动作。 在对硬件系统进行测试的过程中可通过OpenMV摄像头模组对不同颜色的垃圾桶进行识别,识别出垃圾桶颜色后启动相应的电机模拟对不同垃圾进行分类的动作,另外针对红外检测模块,通过使用物体遮挡住红外检测传感器模拟垃圾桶处于满载的状态,观察系统是否发出警报声。实验结果表明,本文所设计的基于STM32的智能分类垃圾系统能够实现根据不同颜色判断垃圾属于何种类型并倒入不同的垃圾桶中,能够通过红外检测传感器实现对垃圾桶是否填满进行检测,当垃圾桶塞满时启动报警装置,系统能够满足设计要求。 关键词:垃圾分类;OpenMV;红外检测传感器;颜色识别 Abstract This paper designs a set of system solutions that can be used to intelligently classify garbage. The solution uses openmv to recognize different colored garbage bins, uses infrared sensors to detect whether the garbage bins are full, and simulates dumping garbage through the rotation of a motor. process. This design scheme uses 51 single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip of the system, with openmv camera module, infrared detection sensor, motor and other peripheral I/O devices.
