论文编号： 莱客电子公司发展战略研究 中国政法大学研究生院 二○一七年三月 莱客电子公司发展战略研究 摘 要 随着全世界范围内科技的进步升级，电子信息制造业多年来保持着快速的增长。直至今天4G通讯技术已经普及，无线网络的全方位覆盖，智能手机已经成为中国手机市场上的主流，家电、汽车等传统产品持续更新换代，可穿戴式智能设备的兴起，这些都标志着我国的电子行业的发展进入了一个充满机遇与挑战的崭新时期。而在这些电子产品大行其道的背后，电子元器件行业的支撑起了不可估量的作用。在全亚洲最大的电子产品集散地-深圳，电子元器件分销商如雨后春笋般的应运而生，这些电子元器件分销商作为市场上的中坚力量，连接终端客户和上游制造商，成为二者之间的桥梁。 近两年，全球经济增长放缓，进入滞胀期。我国的经济发展增速回落，下行压力较大。电子产业迎来结构升级，电子产品代工业纷纷向印度尼西亚、马来西亚等东南亚国家进行转移，在这一时代背景下，我国采用传统分销模式的电子元器件经销商应如何面对挑战，探索新的经营模式实现突围，有着非常重要的现实意义。本文选取一家真实存在的公司---莱客电子公司作为典型案例进行分析研究, 以战略管理相关理论作为基础，首先介绍了公司的发展现状，指出公司当前发展中遇到的瓶颈。进而对莱客公司的内、外部经营环境进行全方面的分析，并通过运用波特五力模型、PEST分析、SWOT矩阵等多种战略管理的分析工具，归纳出影响莱客电子公司生存和发展的关键点，明确了公司自身的优劣势。最后帮助莱克电子公司从战略规划的高度重新确立经营目标，并分别从组织架构、财务管理、人力资源、产品结构等方面进行规划和布局，制定出公司实现经营目标的战略方案。同时为确保战略目标顺利实现，提出方案实施过程中的配套保障措施。通过上述内容的研究分析，本文能够为莱客电子公司未来的战略转型提供方法思路， 同时也揭示了理论应用于实践的指导作用。 关键词：莱客电子公司 发展战略 五力模型 SWOT分析ABSTRACT With the progress of science and technology around the world to upgrade, electronic information manufacturing industry over the years maintained a rapid growth.
