微生物学通报 AUG 20, 2010, 37(8): 1234−1237 Microbiology China © 2010 by Institute of Microbiology, CAS tongbao@ 高校教改纵横 WPBL 教学法在“微生物学检验” 教学中应用的探索 * 龙小山 陆予云 魏桂芬 冼少龙 罗健留 (广州医学院从化学院 广东 广州 510925) 摘 要: 为了探讨WPBL 教学法在“微生物学检验”教学中的应用效果, 对本院2008 级检验医学专 业66 名学生进行分组教学, 实验组采用WPBL 教学法, 对照组采用传统教学法。课后对2 组学生 进行理论测试, 同时对实验组进行问卷调查。经统计, 实验组的测试成绩明显优于对照组(P ＜ 0.01), 且 2 组学生测试成绩的及格率差异有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05); 问卷调查显示90%以上的学 生对WPBL 教学法感兴趣, 认为WPBL 教学法能提高学习兴趣、自学能力和分析解决问题的能力。 从结果看, WPBL 教学法能够提高“微生物学检验”教学质量。 关键词: WPBL, 教学法, 微生物学检验, 教学质量 Probe into Application of WPBL Didactics in “Microbiology Laboratory” Teaching * LONG Xiao-Shan LU Yu-Yun WEI Gui-Fen XIAN Shao-Long LUO Jian-Liu (Conghua Branch of Guangzhou Medical College, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510925, China) Abstract: In order to explore the application effects of WPBL didactics in the education of “Microbi- ology Laboratory”. 66 students majoring in laboratory diagnostic medicine were respectively divided into two teaching groups.
