Objective of the course
To provide detailed understanding on the operations and legal issues involved in the WTO dispute settlement system, by using extensive WTO case studies. Students need to have taken and passed one of the following three courses before they are permitted to take this course: international trade law, international economic law, or legal methodology.

Week 116(6/14)Final project presentation
Each student needs to choose 2 topics and find relevant WTO cases and literature. Each topic will be led by the student responsible for that topic.
Evaluation and scoring
Course presentation: 50%, Final paper: 50%
