精品论文 参考文献 纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体和血管内皮生长因子与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系 邓红莉（湖南省益阳市第一中医院检验科 413002） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨分析血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）、D-二聚体（D-D）和血清血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）与糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）的关系。方法 行裂隙灯眼底检查和眼底荧光造影（FIA）,将142例糖尿病分为糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）组74例，单纯糖尿病无视网膜病变（NDR）组68例，正常对照组62例。对上述三组人员血浆FIB、D-D和血清VEGF三项指标进行检测。结果 142例糖尿病患者FIB、D-D、VEGF三项指标水平均高于正常对照组（均＜0.01）。DR组FIB、D-D、VEGF三项指标水平均高于无DR组（＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论 FIB、D-D、VEGF在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中明显增高，提示糖尿病视网膜病变组处于血液高凝状态和纤溶亢进，及血管内皮增生和通透性增加等病理变化，??糖尿病视网膜病变的预防、诊断和治疗提供参考依据。 　　【关键词】纤维蛋白原 D-二聚体 血管内皮生长因子 糖尿病视网膜病变 　　【中图分类号】R587.2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2014）20-0058-01 　　Relationship between fibrinogen, D- two dimer and vascular endothelial growth factor and diabetic retinopathy 　　Deng Hongli (Department of the first hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Yiyang City, Hunan Province, 413002) 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the analysis of plasma fibrinogen (FIB), two D- dimer (D-D) and serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and diabetic retinopathy (DR) relationship. Method for slit lamp examination of fundus and fundus fluorescein angiography (FIA), 142 patients with diabetes were divided into diabetic retinopathy (DR) group of 74 cases, simple diabetic retinopathy (NDR) group of 68 cases, 62 cases of normal control group. Detection of three indexes of the three group FIB, plasma D-D and serum VEGF. Results in 142 cases of FIB, D-D, VEGF in patients with diabetes mellitus and three indexes were higher than that of normal control group (lt; 0.01). In group DR, FIB, D-D, VEGF three indicators were higher than that of non DR group (P lt; 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion FIB, D-D, VEGF were significantly increased in patients with diabetic retinopathy, suggesting that diabetic retinopathy group in high blood coagulation and fibrinolytic, and vascular proliferation and permeability of endothelial increased and pathological changes, to provide reference for the prevention, diagnosis and tr
