Analysis of the composition and green characteristics of the cutting fluid system
1.1 the traditional cutting fluid supply system structure and defect
Cutting fluid system is an important part of machining system. The cutting fluid system mainly includes cutting fluid supply system and cutting fluid. The traditional pressure-feed spray cooling system is usually composed of the following parts: a cutting liquid pump (cooling pump) : press the required pressure and flow to supply cutting fluid to the cutting area; (2) cutting fluid: storage of the cutting fluid and the precipitate; Transfer device (pipe, nozzle, etc) : the cutting fluid is delivered to the processing zone; Purification (filtration) device: removing cuttings and other mechanical impurities from cutting fluid, so as to keep the cutting fluid clean in the processing zone; Protective device (protective cover, baffle, etc.) : prevent the cutting fluid from spattering and immersed in the machine tool parts.
In contrast to the requirement of green manufacturing theory, the traditional cutting fluid supply system has the following defects:
(1) the cost is high
According to the statistics of German companies, the use of cutting fluid in machining cost about 7% ~ 17% of total manufacturing costs, including cutting fluid supply system using cost (including system cleaning, maintenance and supporting environmental protection equipment) has a larger proportion.
(2) dosage of cutting fluid is not easy to control
Traditional cutting fluid supply method (such as pouring method, pressure injection method, spray method etc.) is used to cover cutting area with high pressure and flow cutting fluid to lubricate, cool and wash. When the processing conditions change (such as changing the workpiece, cutter, etc.), the amount of cutting fluid is not easy to adjust and control.
(3) resource consumption
Traditional cutting flu
