精品论文 参考文献 细节护理在老年慢性呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果 张玲 　　（商丘市第一人民医院呼吸重症医学科RICU, 河南 476100） 　　[摘要]目的：研究细节护理应用于老年慢性呼吸衰竭患者中的临床效果。方法：选取我院80例老年慢性呼吸衰竭患者，平均分为对照组与观察组，每组各40例。对照组给予患者常规护理方式，观察组在常规护理基础上开展细节护理模式，观察两组间护理效果及患者满意度。结果：护理结果显示，观察组患者的住院时间、住院花费均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度及总有效率均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：细节护理在老年慢性呼吸衰竭中效果优于常规护理，有助于改善患者生活质量，提高患者临床满意度。 　　关键词:细节护理；慢性呼吸衰竭；老年；临床效果 　　Application effect of detail nursing in elderly patients with chronic respiratory failure 　　Zhang Ling (Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital,, Henan, RICU, Shangqiu) 　　Abstract Objective: To study the clinical effect of nursing care in elderly patients with chronic respiratory failure. Methods: 80 cases of elderly patients with chronic respiratory failure in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group based on routine nursing care to carry out the details of nursing model, observe the effect of nursing between the two groups and patients satisfaction. Results: the results showed that the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). The nursing satisfaction and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the effect of detail nursing in elderly patients with chronic respiratory failure is better than that of routine nursing, which can help improve the quality of life and improve the clinical satisfaction. 　　Key words: detail nursing; chronic respiratory failure; elderly; clinical effect 　　慢性呼吸衰竭是常见的肺部疾病之一，其发病因素复杂多样，主要包括支气管扩张、重症肺结核、弥漫性肺间质纤维化等[1]。临床症状一般表现为呼吸困难、呼吸衰竭、注意力不集中、心律失常等[2]，严重时可伴有分泌物阻塞气道、消化道出血、高压肺创伤等并发症。细节护理是医院整体护理的重要组成部分，具有细致化、针对化、人性化等优势[3]，为患者提供舒适的护理环境。本研究以“细节护理”为主题，探讨老年慢性呼吸衰竭患者应用细节护理的临床效果，详细报道如下：
