第22卷第8期 2009年8月 广东电力 GIJAN(:IX)NG E1.E(mtIC POWER V01.22 NO.8 Aug.2009 文章编号:1 007.290X(2009)08-0062-03 3 0 0 MW机组启停过程中全程使用汽动给水泵 的设计与优化 周达,徐国壤,罗静洁,李江红,孙小峰 (四)11广安发电有限责任公司,四川广安638000) 摘要:为降低厂用用电率,四川广安电厂在机组启停过程中以汽动给水泵代替电动给水泵,但在实际运行中遇 到了辅助蒸汽疏水不畅和压力不够大、给水泵汽轮机受到热冲击等问题。为此,从实际出发提出了一系列解决 问题的措施:增加低压辅助蒸汽管道以加强疏水,通过提高邻机负荷或邻机高压辅助蒸汽带低压辅助蒸汽联箱 来提高低压辅助蒸汽压力,切断高压进汽管道。直接由低压汽源供汽来减小给水泵汽轮机的热冲击。措施实施 后。广安电厂4台300 MW机组2008年启停28次,节约厂用电约6()MWh。 关键词:汽动给水泵;电动给水泵;辅助蒸汽疏水 中图分类号:TK223.5 文献标志码:B Design and Optimization on Startup and Shutdown Mode of 300 MW Unit with Turbine-driven Feed Pump ZHOU Da,XU Guo-rang。LUO Jing—jie。LI Jiang—hong,SUN Xiao-feng (Sichuan Guang’an Power Generation Co.,Ltd.。Guang’an。Sichuan 638000,China) Abstract:To reduce plant power consumption rate,turbine—driven feed pump is used instead of electric pump during the startup and shutdown of units in Sichuan Guang’an Power Plant.In actual operation,however,problems including blocked drain and inadequate pressure of auxiliary steam。thermal shock to feed pump turbine are encountered.Solutions are put forth from the reality·which include adding low-pressure auxiliary steam pipes to strengthen drain,enhancing low—pressure auxiliary steam pressure by raising the load of adjacent unit or by using high—pressure auxiliary steam of adjacent unit with low·pressure auxiliary steam header,cutting high-pressure steam inlet pipe,and reducing thermal shock to feed pump turbine by directly using the steam from low—pressure sourcc.After adopting the measures·four 300 MW units of the plant started and shut down for 28 times in 2008·saving auxiliary power of about 60 MWh. Key words:turbine-driven feed pump;motor—driven feed pump;auxiliary steam drain 1 给水系统设计运行方式及特点 四川广安电厂31号、32号汽轮机均由东方汽 轮机厂设计出厂,机组额定容量为300 Mw,锅炉 给水系统配置为2台5(1%额定容量汽动给水泵(以 下简称汽泵)和1台50%额定容量的电动给水泵 (以下简称电泵)。机组正常运行时,2台汽采保持 连续运行,电泵只在机组启停或者汽泵故障时使 用,正常时备用。 收稿日期:2009.03.15 1.1 给水泵组系统设备技术规范 给水泵汽轮机汽源设计有3路:主蒸汽、4段 抽汽和低压辅助蒸汽,辅助蒸汽只在机组调试期间 使用,其余时间不使用。给水泵汽轮机在机组负荷 小于40%额定负荷时使用主蒸汽供汽,而机组负 荷大于40%额定负荷时自动内切
