自拟中药方在排卵障碍性不孕患者中的临床效果观察 摘要：目的探讨医护人员对排卵障碍性不孕患 者采用中药和克罗米芬治疗效果。方法对我院接受治 疗的80例排卵障碍性不孕患者入院资料进行分析,根 据患者入院时间顺序分为两组。对照组采用西医治疗, 实验组采用中药治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果 实验组患者总有效率95%高于对照组(85%)；实验组 对我院治疗满意度达到95%高于对照组；实验组患者 性激素水平 T 为(l.ll±0.35nmol/L) LH 为(5.21 ±1.53U/L)高于对照组；实验组患者有32例(80%)患 者排卵正常，29例(72.5) %患者正常妊娠优于对照。 结论临床上，医护人员对排卵障碍性不孕患者采用中 药治疗效果显著，能促进忠者排卵和妊振，值得推广 使用。 关键词：排卵障碍性不孕；中药；治疗效果 Application of Self Made Herbal Medicine in Anovulatory Infertility Patients YANG Wei-xia, TAN Guang-xing, LU Shao-feng, DU Jie-qiong (Foshan Gaoming District Peoples Hospital, Foshan 528500, Guangdong,China) Abstract： ObjectiveTo explore the medical staff of anovulatory infertility by traditional Chinese medicine and the therapeutic effect of clomiphene citrate.MethodsOur hospital treated 80 cases of anovulatory infertility patients were analyzed, according to the admission time were divided into two groups?
