烟草科技/ Tobacco Science Technology 设备与仪器/Equipment Apparatus 2013 年第 10 期(总第315 期) 基于线阵CCD 数字图像处理技术的叶丝宽度测量装置 1 1 1 2 2 1 1 1 赵维一 ,温若愚 ,曾 建 ,邸成良 ,严 伟 ,李东亮 ,刘民昌 ,刘 洋 1. 川渝中烟工业有限责任公司,成都市锦江区成龙大道1段56 号 610066 2. 中国科学院光电技术研究所,成都双流文星镇光电所350 信箱 610209 摘要:为快速、准确地测量叶丝宽度,基于线阵CCD (Charge-coupled device )数字图像处理技术设计了叶丝 宽度测量装置。该装置由工件台、照明系统、成像系统、控制系统以及图像处理算法软件等部分组成。 在测量过程中,将多根叶丝摆放在叶丝盒内,控制系统带动叶丝盒运动,经高亮度照明系统照明,由线阵 CCD 扫描相机拍摄叶丝图像,最后经过分割、去噪、二值化、矩阵翻转测宽等步骤完成叶丝宽度测量。结 果表明,测量装置的相对误差小于0.5% ,变异系数小于0.2% ,检测所需时间仅为投影仪的 1/6 ,并可表征 出叶丝宽度的分布情况,能够满足切丝宽度的工艺指标要求,有效提高了叶丝宽度的测量效率。 关键词:叶丝宽度;线阵CCD ;图像处理;矩阵翻转;二值化 中图分类号:TS432 文献标识码:B 文章编号:1002-0861 (2013 )10-0012-05 Tobacco Shred Width Measuring Device Based on Digital Image Processing Technology of Linear Array CCD 1 1 1 2 2 1 1 ZHAO Weiyi , WEN Ruoyu , ZENG Jian , DI Chengliang , YAN Wei , LI Dongliang , LIU Minchang , and LIU Yang1 1. The device was composed of a workpiece table, a lighting system, an imaging system, a control system and image processing algorithm software.
