课程设计(论文) 题 目:芦苇预水解硫酸盐制备溶解浆 工艺条件的研究 专 业: 轻化工程 指导教师: 石海强 学生姓名: 王骁翀 班级学号: 092-30 2013年 6 月 7 日 大连工业大学本科毕业论文 芦苇预水解硫酸盐制备溶解浆工艺条件的研究 The study of technological conditions about preparation from sulphate to dissolving pulp after prehydrolysis of reed 论文完成日期 2013 年 6 月 7 日 2013 年 6 月 摘 要 本论文主要研究的是芦苇的预水解硫酸盐法制备溶解浆的工艺条件,着重考察了硫酸盐蒸煮的最高温度、保温时间、用碱量和硫化度这四个因素对芦苇半料浆蒸煮效果的影响。在一定的液比下,通过改变蒸煮的最高温度、保温时间、用碱量和硫化度,使木素和灰分尽可能多的除去,同时保留尽量多的α-纤维素。通过对不同最高温度、保温时间、用碱量和硫化度下硫酸盐蒸煮所得浆料的化学成分含量进行分析,探索芦苇硫酸盐蒸煮过程中纤维素、半纤维素、木素和灰分的溶出规律,从而得出最佳的硫酸盐蒸煮制备溶解浆的工艺条件。 分析结果表明:芦苇预水解硫酸盐法制备溶解浆的最佳工艺条件是液比1:8,最高温度170℃,升温时间30min,保温时间60min,用碱量25,硫化度18。在此条件下蒸煮的芦苇浆可除去大部分的灰分,脱去大部分木素,并保留较多的α-纤维素,综纤维素含量为96.90%,α-纤维素含量为95.95%,灰分含量为0.53%,高锰酸钾值为9.3。 关键词:芦苇;溶解浆;预水解;硫酸盐蒸煮;α-纤维素 Abstract The technological conditions about preparation from sulphate to dissolving pulp after prehydrolysis of reed was mainly discussed in the paper, and influence factors on the effect of Reed pulp cooking were highlighted. The highest temperature, holding time, alkali charge and sulfidity was considered as influence factors in this paper. Under the certain solid/liquid, removing the most of lignin and ash content by changing the highest temperature, holding time, alkali charge and sulfidity during cooking, and keeping the most of α-cellulose. By analyzing the chemical composition of cooked sulfate pulp under different highest temperature, holding time, alkali charge and sulfidity, researching the degradation regularity of cellulose、hemicellulose、lignin and ash content, and consequently obtain the optimum technological conditions of preparation from sulphate to dissolving pulp. The results of analysis show that optimum technological condition of preparation from sulphate to dissolving pulp is solid/liquid of 1:8, maximum treating temperature for 170℃, The heating time for 30 min ,heat preservation time for 60 min, alkali charge for 25,sulfidity for 18.
