PAGE 宁波理工学院 宁波理工学院 毕业论文（设计） 题 目 美国新贸易保护主义对中国制造业的影响 姓 名 学 号 专业班级 指导教师 分 院 完成日期 US′ New Trade Protectionism and its Impact on the Manufacturing of China 摘 要 2009 年，持续的全球金融危机对各国、各行业的影响都已显现，经济衰退、企业破产、失业率上升，世界经济陷入低迷，各国贸易保护壁垒重新筑起。本文首先简要地论述美国贸易保护政策的历史演变，分析其新贸易保护的特点。为了应对金融危机，新上台的奥巴马政府至今为止采取一系列表现鲜明的带有贸易保护倾向的措施。再来考察此次金融危机下美国贸易保护方式的新特点。着眼于正在兴起的新一轮贸易保护的热浪，对我国制造业产生的不利影响。新贸易保护主义不利于我国商品拓展国际市场，削弱了我国传统商品的竞争优势；打击了我国企业参与世界贸易活动的积极性。基于美国对中国实行的新贸易保护主义，提出我国应如何应对新贸易保护主义抬头的美国的政策，走出经济低迷，着重于从制造业出发。 关键词 新贸易保护；历史演变；影响及困境；对策 Abstract 2009，The negative influence of continuous global financial crisis had appeared: recession, enterprise bankruptcy, rising unemployment rate. The world economy got into trouble; countries adopt the trade barriers again. This paper briefly concludes the history of US’ trade protectionism, and summarizes the characteristics of the new trade protectionism. In order to cope with the financial crisis, the new government of Obama took a series of measures to protect its benefit. To dig out whether there appear some new characteristics of protectionism under the financial crisis and its influence on Chinese manufacturing. The new trade protectionism against China’s commodities extending the market, weaken the completive advantage of traditional goods and our enthusiasm to participate in the world market. To analysis what kind of measures can we do to deal with the protectionism? And how can we pass the financial crisis under the new round of protectionism?
