毕 业 论 文(设 计) 题目: 企业培训风险产生原因与规避对策 (英文):Enterprise training rise causes and avoid countermeasures 院 别: 管理学院 专 业: 人力资源管理 姓 名: 学 号: 指导教师: 日 期: 2011年4月 摘要 在市场经济条件下,人才竞争是企业竞争的关键。将人力作为一种资本投资,并通过管理使企业投资收益最大化是现代人力资源管理的重要内容。培训是企业进行人力资本投资的重要形式,是企业积累人力资本、赢得竞争优势与可持续发展的重要手段。然而由于人力资本的特殊性,在具有自然属性的同时又具有社会属性,更是加大了企业培训投资的不确定性。这就意味着一旦培训投资失败,企业所损失的除了投资的成本,还包括人力资本所能创造价值的机会成本。 企业既不能因有风险而放弃对员工的培训,也不能因为培训重要而放弃风险的防范。企业要加强在培训中的风险管理,防范风险发生,使较少的投入获得更大的回报,并充分发挥职工培训的积极作用,以提高企业培训所能获得的利益。 因而,如何规避企业培训风险是企业经营成败的重要因素。本文从企业培训的重要性出发,结合我国企业培训的现状逐步分析培训风险的类型,并对培训风险产生的原因进行分析。最后,提出规避当前企业培训风险的具体对策。对企业而言,谨慎、细致科学的分析论证是必不可少的。 关键词: 企业培训;评估机制;培训需求分析;培训风险 ABSTRACT Under the market economy condition, the talent competition is the key to the enterprise competition. Will human as a capital investment, and through the management make enterprise investment income maximization is the modern human resources management important content. Training is enterprise important form of the human capital investment, is the enterprise accumulation human capital, winning the competition advantage and sustainable development of the important means. However, due to the particularity of human capital, has the nature but also has a social attribute, but also increase the enterprise training investment of uncertainties. This means that once the training investment failure, the enterprise losses, but also the cost except investment includes human capital can create value opportunity cost. Enterprise can neither give because there is risk in training of its employees, not because the risk of abandoning training important preventive.
