本科生毕业设计 毕业设计题目 学 生 姓 名 所 在 学 院 专业及班级 指 导 教 师 完 成 日 期 摘要 随着现代化建设的日益发展,人们对土木建设的需求急剧增加,在钢铁工业中对石灰的活性、纯度以及使用量上也在逐年增加,对石灰的使用量越来越大,这也加速了石灰窖的发展,而决定石灰窑煅烧质量的重要因素就是由石灰窑燃烧控制系统决定的。因此,设计一个很好的石灰窖控制工艺流程至关重要,研究计算机控制的燃烧控制系统有着至关重要现实意义。 本文介绍了石灰窑燃烧控制的国内外现状及工艺流程,提出了一套基于组态王6.52及OMRON PLC的石灰窑燃烧控制系统的设计方案,根据石灰煅烧工艺特点和控制要求,以煅烧带的温度为控制对象,通过对煤气和空气的输送量进行燃烧的控制。对控制系统上、下位机的软件程序进行了设计和调试,实现了上、下位机之间的通信及系统的监控。系统性能稳定、可靠性高、控制效果较好,有一定的推广应用价值。 关键词:石灰窑燃烧控制;组态王;PLC。 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of modernization, peoples demand of civil construction increased dramatically, in the iron and steel industry of lime activity, purity and usage are also increasing year by year, the lime are used more and more, which accelerated the development of lime kilns, and decided to lime kiln calcining quality an important factor is composed of lime kiln combustion control system.Therefore, the design of a good lime control process is very important, has important practical significance to study the combustion control system controlled by computer. This paper introduces present situation at home and abroad, and the processes of the lime kiln combustion control, propose a set of Kingview 6.52 and OMRON PLC lime kiln combustion control system design scheme based on, according to the requirements of the lime calcining process and the control, the calcining zone temperature as control object, through of the gas and air transportation volume control combustion.The software program of the control system is designed and debugged, which realizes the communication between the upper and lower computer and the monitoring of the system.The system has stable performance, high reliability, good control effect, and it has certain application value.
