摘 要
燃料燃烧技术在国民经济的发展,尤其在能源工程中起着十分重要的作用。人类社会对于能源的消耗,一直在稳定的增长,现代工业的发展,更明显的刺激了能源的消耗。在我国,能源利用很不合理,能源的利用效率低,浪费大,国民经济的单位产值能耗指标很高。造成这种情况的原因是多方面的,燃烧设备的低效率是其中一个重要的因素。因此发展新型燃烧技术,提高用能设备的运行效率具有十分重要的意义。
循环流化床锅炉(CFBB)是近年来发展起来的新一代高效、低污染的清洁燃煤技术。循环流化床锅炉在汽温控制和水位控制方面和煤粉锅炉基本相同,而其燃烧系统与煤粉炉差别较大,循环流化床锅炉在风量控制方面既要保证燃料与控制的比例又要保证床温在一定的范围内,因此床温控制系统和床压控制系统是循环流化床锅炉所特有的。
本设计以循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统为研究对象,对燃烧过程采用交叉限幅燃烧控制系统,应用集散控制系统(DCS)对燃烧控制进行研究与设计,对提高循环流化床锅炉自动化水平做了有益的尝试。同时利用MCGS组态软件对自动控制系统进行监控。

Abstract
The technique of combustion plays a great important role in the development of national economy especially in energy engineering. The consumption of the energy is instability increasing of society and with the development of modern industry, the requirement of the energy become more and more obvious. In our country, the means which the energy utilized is unreasonable to some extent together with low efficiency, high waste, and the energy consume for unit production of the national economy is very high. Researches indicate that the reason results in these is various, among which low function efficiency of the burning equipment is the most important factor. Therefore it is essential to develop the new burning technique and increase function efficiency of the equipment.
CFBB is a new clean coal combustion technology that is of high efficiency and low pollution in the world. Compared with the pulverized-coal boilers, they are the same in the steam temperature control and the steam drum level control. But there are obvious differences in the combustion control system, and in the air flow control of the CFBB it’s to be sure that the bed temperature is in certain bound as well as the proportion of c
