专科毕业设计（论文） 设计题目： 基于PLC的X62W万能铣床的系统设计 系 部： 电气工程系 专 业： 工业企业电气自动化 班 级： 工企 姓 名： 学 号： 6 指导教师： 职 称: 副教授 2012年6月 南京  摘 要 X62W万能铣床是一种高效率的加工机械，在机械加工和机械修理中得到广泛的应用，万能铣床的操作是通过机械手柄同时操作电气与机械，以达到机电紧密配合完成预定的操作，是机械与电气结构联合动作的典型控制，是自动化程度较高的组合机床。但是在电气控制系统中，故障的查找与排除是非常困难的，特别是在继电器接触式控制系统，由于电气控制线路触点多、线路复杂、故障率高、检修周期长，给生产与维护带来诸多不便，严重地影响生产。PLC是可编程控制器的简称，是一种数字运算操作的电子系统，它采用可编程序的储存器，用来在其内部存储执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时、计数和算数运算等操作的指令，并通过模拟的或数字的输入和输出接口，控制各种类型的机器设备或生产过程。 关键词 自动控制 可编程序控制器 铣床 Abstract X62W universal milling machine is a kind of efficient processing machinery, in machining and mechanical repair is widely used, universal milling machine is operated by mechanical handle concurrent operation in electrical and mechanical, electrical and cooperate closely to achieve complete the predetermined operation, is the combined action of mechanical and electrical structure of typical control, is a high degree of automation combined machine tool.
