Applying the common location model of logistics distribution center to the environment of E-Business does not work. INTRODUCTION Logistics distribution center Location-Select under the E-Commerce Environment means making an optimization of crucial nodes in the logistics network system, such as the quantity ,location, size of storage, sell, distribution DCS network node and so on, to achieve the optimization on the efficiency of the whole logistics network system. Logistics distribution center plays a leader role in the logistics network system. It attaches the suppliers and the customers, impacts the cost of the every economic activity and simu
