摘要:现如今转基因技术的研究不断深入,基因工程被广泛地运用在各个领域,除了以前被大量提上日程的食品、养殖等方面,基因工程在医药卫生领域中的应用也越来越广泛。基因工程药物就是利用基因工程技术生产的药物。从基因工程药物生产的基本过程可以看出,它与其他基因工程产品的基本理论是相通的,其制备的基本过程都包括了载体构建、工程菌或细胞培养、目的产物的分离纯化与鉴定等。基因工程药物常与基因诊断、基因治疗等相结合使用,根据目前的情况,基因工程药物在治疗人类疾病的临床试验中发挥着不可代替的作用,它符合以后的医学发展,必将在未来得到更好的研究,拥有更加光明的前途。
