PAGE 摘 要 本文介绍了一种内圆磨床进给系统自动化技术改造的实用方案。采用了经济型数控的闭环位置控制系统,它具有开环的稳定性和接近闭环的伺服精度,是提高经济型CNC机床加工精度的有效方法,控制系统的核心采用8031单片机,高精度电感测微仪作为检测与反馈元件,以步进电机为控制对象,并克服了步进电机丢步及滑步的缺点,实现了磨床纵向进给部件的自动控制。本系统集加工过程和加工精度控制于一体,具有性能稳定、控制精度高、操作方便和便于维修等特点。目前,我们对轴承加工设备,尤其是高精度、高效率、高可靠性的轴承磨床需求量十分庞大。轴承,作为机械工业的基础件,其加工设备的重要性非常突出。它包括了硬件及软件的设计。对目前在工业生产中他不仅能多减少加工工序还能有效地减少加工的时间,于是能够大大的减少加工的成本,所以在大量使用的此类设备中都具有很好的参考价值,而且磨床的研究一直是一个很重要的任务,随着磨床的日益普遍化,越来越多的难题将面临在设计者和加工者的面前,我们必须不断地改善加工设施赶上国际工业水平。因此,在我国研制性能稳定、测试精度高的汽车发电机性能微机测试系统,是一件很有意义而又迫切的工作。 关键词: 轴承内圆磨床 MSC-51单片机 电感测微仪 步进电机 Abstract This paper introduces a kind of grinder in feeding system automation technology transformation of practical solutions.
