Realization of Demodulation and Despread Technology
for GMSK Spread Spectrum Signal

Abstract:The principles and methods of two demodulation and despread technology for tamed spread spectrum
GMSK modulat ion are analysed and compared.T hen, the skills to save FPGA resource and detect frame are intro
duced in hardware design. Finally, the arithmetic is implemented in FPGA and verified by hardware.The result
shows the method is feasible and can replace SAW( Surface Acoustic Wave) matched filter method.
