摘 要
加氢精制是清洁油品生产的重要工艺,本论文以溶胶-凝胶法制备的超细分子筛氧化铝复合材料为载体,采用浸渍法负载Ni-Mo活性组份,制备了Ni-Mo-P/ HY-Al2O3 柴油加氢精制催化剂。
用模型化合物二苯并噻吩、喹啉和联苯(甲苯为溶剂)进行加氢反应,采用色谱-质谱表征了反应产物的类型,推断了模型化合物二苯并噻吩、喹啉和联苯的加氢反应网络,模型化合物的评价结果表明,载体性质对催化剂的HDS、HDN 和HYD活性有很大的影响。实验结果表明:在本实验的反应条件下不同复合载体负载Ni-Mo硫化物催化剂都具有较高的HDS、HDN 和HYD活性。

ABSTRACT
Hydrorefining of diesel oil is an important technique in producing clear diesel oil. In this paper, Ni-Mo-W-P/ HY-Al2O3 catalysts- hydrorefining catalysts for diesel oil are prepared by sol-gel metheod using composite materials of ultra zeolite and alumina as carrier. And the actve metal composes of Ni-Mo-W sulfide are loaded on carrier by dipping metheod.
By choosing dibenzothiophene, quinoline and biphenyl as model compound, and methylbenzene as solvent, we evaluate the activity of catalysts. The types of products are analysted by chromatogram-mass spectrum, and the hydrogenateon reaction network of dibenzothiophene, quinoline and biphenyl are deduced from this results. The evaluation results show that the Ni-Mo-W sulfide catalysts with different carriers have high hydridesulfurization, hydrodenitrogenation and hdroaramatic actity under experimental conditions.
