随着商品砂浆的广泛应用,优质矿物掺合料的使用己不仅仅是有利于解决环保和节能问题,它已经成为对商品砂浆改性的一种重要组分。为改善砂浆的结构与性能,在砂浆中常采用不同活性的矿物掺合料复掺技术。本文主要以矿渣粉和粉煤灰为研究对象,在不使用外加剂和特殊工艺的情况下,等量取代相应比例的水泥熟料,其中保持水胶比不变,研究复掺矿渣粉、粉煤灰的保温砂浆强度与容重的关系。
通过一系列的试验研究,其试验结果表明矿渣粉、粉煤灰的掺入可以满足保温砂浆的保温性能,并提高其力学强度。复掺矿渣粉和粉煤灰会大幅度降低保温砂浆的早期强度,且降低幅度随粉煤灰与粉煤灰的掺量增大而略有增大,但对砂浆后期强度影响较小,且后期强度增长率快。
本实验选用32.5强度等级的普通硅酸盐水泥,通过对单掺矿渣粉、粉煤灰及矿渣粉和粉煤灰双掺等几种方案进行试配,测试分析保温砂浆的性能和砂浆7d、14d、28d、90d四个龄期的抗压强度、抗折强度及容重。通过对各种配合比的矿渣粉、煤灰保温砂浆各龄期强度与容重的对比分析,找出二者在砂浆中复掺时的最佳掺量以及不同掺量对保温砂浆拌合物强度和容重的影响规律,从而得出容重低、强度高的最优配比;研究了掺和料对保温砂浆结构的影响并分析了其反应机理,以期达到指导实际生产、提高砂浆强度、增强保温性能、降低生产成本的目的。

Abstract
With the development of insulation mortar, using high-quality mineral admixture is not advantageous to solving the problem of environmental protection and energy conservation. Moreover, it has been a kind of important component in modifying the commodity mortar. In order to improve structure and function of insulation mortar, there is often use the technique which put various different active mineral admixtures in mortar. In this paper, slag and fly ash were taken as the research subjects. The relationship between strength and density of slag powder-fly ash composite mineral admixture on the performance of ordinary Portland cement were studied without admixture and specious technology.
Researching the basic physical, mechanical properties and durability index of cements, it proved that adding blast furnace slag powder and fly ash can not only satisfy the Insulation performance, but also improve the mechanical strength of insulation mortar. The results show that substituting OPC with the composite mineral admixture will greatly decrease the early age strength, while the late age strength of the insulation mortar will be little affected.
