羟基磷灰石 一玻璃离子水门汀的机械性能、氟释放行为与抑菌效果

【摘要】 目的:检测加入羟基磷灰石的改良玻璃离子水门汀(HA/GIC)的机械、氟释放与抑菌性能。方法:制备含28% HA质 量分数的 HA/GIC,利用万能材料试验机测试 GIC和 HA/GIC的抗弯强度与抗压强度 ,利用扫描电镜观察材料表面微观形态, 采用氟离子选择性电极测定氟释放累积量 ,利用荧光原位杂交检测 GIC和 HA/GIC对总菌和变形链球菌的抑菌效果。结果: HA/GIC的抗弯强度、抗压强度与氟释放累积量显著高于对照组 GIC(P0.05)。GIC内部存在较多不规则聚合单体颗粒和微 裂缝 ,HA/GIC内羟基磷灰石颗粒与 GIC原有成分结合紧密。HA/GIC对总菌和变形链球菌的抑菌效果强于传统 GIC。结论: 羟基磷灰石 GIC具有优良的机械性能、氟释放效果与抑菌效果。 【关键词】 玻璃离子水门汀(GIC);羟基磷灰石(HA);机械性能;氟释放行为;抑菌效果

compressive strength of HA/GIC and GIC were measured by an universal material testing machine.Microstmcture of the materials was observed by scanning microscope technique(SEM).Accumulation of fluorine release was measured by fluorine ion selective electrode.
Bacterial inhibition of total bacteria and Streptococcus mutans was monitored by fluorescence in situ hybridization.Results:Bending strength,compressive strength and fluorine release accumulation of HA/GIC were signifcantly higher than those of GIC(P0.05).
There were many irregular polymerized particle monomers and micro cracks within the GIC.In HA/GIC,hydroxyapatite particles were
connected with origiml composition.Bacterial inhibition of total bacteria and Streptococcus mutans by HA/GIC was more effective than
