摘要 污水泵属于无堵塞泵中的一类，主要用于输送含有纤维、纸屑、颗粒等固体悬浮物的液体，在环保、市政、水利、污水处理等行业应用十分广泛。 本次设计的研究方向是针对于农业生产中的中小型污水泵，其输送介质颗粒度较小，其性能很接近清水泵，因此所选用的设计方法与清水离心泵相似，只是在设计过程中给出了很多专用于污水泵的经验公式或系数选取范围。在具体部件的设计中，经过对不同方案的比较分析，得出结论，选取最有途径。其中利用速度系数设计法和相似设计法求得泵的主要部件——叶轮的相关参数，就有这方面的体现。同时在老师的指导下收集分析多方面材料，最终完成设计要求。但因本人知识水平有限，以下设计内容仅供参考，望众老师多提宝贵意见。 本设计所得污水泵有体积小、功率大等多方面的优势，可在多种情况下正常工作，且价格便宜使用方便，具有较好的推广应用价值。 关键字 污水泵 设计 叶轮 Abstract The dirty water pump belongs to have no to stop a liquid for which primarily useding for transporting , implying fiber, scraps of paper, grain...etc. solid floating thing within pump, handles in the environmental protection, municipal, water conservancy, dirty water the etc. profession application is very extensive.
