工程管理专业毕业设计关键问题及对策探究 　　摘 要 毕业设计是大学生在校期间最后一个综合性的实践教学环节，是对学生所学基础理论知识、专业技能、实践创新能力的集中体现，是学生走向工作岗位前的一次重要实习，其教学质量直接影响毕业生的综合能力，影响学校人才培养目标的实现。但目前由于种种客观原因，毕业设计还存在诸多问题，教学质量不尽人意，对学生的培养达不到预期的效果。作者基于对工程管理专业毕业设计的特点及存在的关键问题，提出了重构毕业设计前期工作、组建小组指导模式，搭建校内、外教学平台等新的思路和对策，改进工程管理专业毕业设计质量，提高工程管理专业学生的实践应用能力和专业优势，促进该专业学生就业发展 关键词 工程管理 毕业设计 问题 对策 中图分类号：G642.477 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2017.02.017 Abstract The graduation design is the last comprehensive practical teaching in college is a concentrated reflection of the basic theory of knowledge， professional skills， practical ability and innovation ability of students， the students go to work before an important practice， its teaching quality directly influences the comprehensive ability of graduates， school personnel training goal the implementation of. Keywords engineering management； graduation design； problem； countermeasures 毕业设计是一个综合性、创造性的实践教学环节，是提高工程管理专业学生工程实践能力、科研能力创新能力及综合素质的重要途径。工程管理专业毕业设计内容贯穿工程项目生命周期的全过程管理，包括能够从事工程项目的全过程管理工作，具有进行工程项目可行性研究、一般土木工程设计、工程项目全过程的投资、进度、质量控制及合同管理、信息管理、组织协调、指挥、决策等方面的管理能力，要求学生通过毕业设计具有初步的科学研究能力和实际工作能力 1 工程管理专业毕业设计现状及关键问题分析 1.1 选题单一，内容重复，与实际工程结合不紧密 目前工程管理专业毕业设计课题主要是由相应的指导教师选定，很多情况下是模拟工程生产实践的课题，有时会出现不符合工程复杂实际情况的问题，学生的工作态度，主动性、积极性受到很大影响，再有教师的设计课题多年不变，多个同学做相似课题，造成抄袭现象时有发生。这种状况也不利于学生毕业后尽快适应实践性较强的工作岗位。教学资源的局限性对毕业设计也有一定影响，随着高等教育的进一步普及，学生人数大幅度增加，而学校教学设施、
