上海临空11-3地块9号楼结构设计 [摘要]上海临空 11-3 地块 9 号楼为甲级办公楼,长约 270m,宽约 70m,平面为三折形的不规则结构。地 上五层,地下一层(带下沉式广场),四、五层形成120m长连体,结构总高24.8m。先期方案连体最大跨度 36m,最大悬挑 9.7m,两组斜向不相交支撑柱,采用钢结构(连体)+混凝土框架结构体系(不设缝),超限审 查咨询判定为介于特别不规则与严重不规则之间的超限高层。采用的方案连体最大跨度 30m,最大悬挑 8.2m,两组Y 形柱,采用混凝土框架结构(不设缝),连体梁、柱采用后张预应力,关键构件中震弹性(内置 型钢),连体楼板及零板小震下最大拉应力小于混凝土抗拉强度标准值,按中震不屈服控制楼板配筋。确保 动力弹塑性时程分析中连体大跨跨中、Y形柱根部不出现塑性铰。 [关键词]连体;梁柱预应力;静力弹塑性;动力弹塑性 Structure design of Shanghai Linkong No.9 building in 11-3 block Abstract: Shanghai Linkong 11-3 block No. 9 building is grade A office building, which is of 270m length and 70m width with plane seventy irregular structure. The structure is 24.8m high with 5 layer on the ground and underground layer (sink style square), forming the 120m long conjoined in four and five layer. In preliminary scheme conjoined maximum span is 36m, maximum cantilever 9.7m, including two groups of diagonal disjoint support column, the steel+concrete frame structure system is used. It is determined high-rise between special irregular and serious irregular building. The scheme adopted the maximum span is 30m, maximum cantilever 8.2m, two groups of Y shaped column, using concrete frame structure with post tensioning beam and column. We ensure key components in earthquake elasticity, maximum tensile stress of connected and ±0.00m floor under small earthquakes is less than the concrete tensile strength strength standard values, by the middle aseismatic control of slab reinforcement. Ensure that the elastic-plastic time-history analysis of big span, conjoined in Y shape column root does not appear the plastic hinge.
