摘要
近年来,随着经济的高速发展,我国物流业总体规模快速增长,发展环境和条件不断改善。2011年第一季度社会物流总费用占GDP比例17.9%,这一方面说明物流业已经发展成我国的一个支柱产业群,另一方面也指出我国物流业发展的滞后,还无法与国外发达国家相比。在物流业繁荣的同时,我国的第三方物流得到了长足发展,既有量的增加,又有质的提高,多家物流企业在激烈的竞争中已开始崭露头角,企业规模、业务量、网络覆盖、固定资产设施都达到了前所未有的高度,正在慢慢形成自己的核心竞争力,并还在保持着较快的发展速度。但从整体上看,我国第三方物流企业大多由传统仓储、运输企业转型而来,企业组织的发展比较滞后,运作流程还没有从传统物流转型过来,物流成本高,反应灵敏度差,物流效益低。随着竞争的日益加剧,为使企业能够快速响应市场需求、提供满意的客户服务,第三方物流企业特别是中小型第三方物流企业需要根据物流企业自身特点进行运作流程的优化。
本文介绍的D物流公司是在珠三角地区发展起来的较为成功的第三方物流企业,在物流市场上运营了十余年,如今业务发展到了全国范围,积累了较为成功的经验。但随着公司规模的不断发展扩大,公司的运作慢慢地暴露出了许多弊端,本文通过简单介绍D物流公司的发展历程,着重从组织架构、业务流程、管理信息系统三个方面描述公司的发展现状并分析存在的问题,应用相关运作流程优化原理,对D物流公司的运作管理提出优化方案,以提高D物流公司的运作效率,降低运作成本,快速响应顾客需求,提高公司效益。

Abstract
In recent years,with th repid economic development,Chinas rapid growth in the overall size of the logistics,development environment and conditions continue to improve.Social logistics costs 17.9% of GDP in the first quarter of this year, which means the logistics industry has developed into a pillar of industry group in China, and on the other hand also points out that the lag of logistics industry development in China, also could not be compared with the developed countries.While in the logisrics indusrty and prosperity. Chinas third party logistics has made great progress,both to increase the amount,but also to improve quality. Many of the logistics enterprises in the fierce competition has begun to shine in, company size, business facilities, network coverage, fixed assets has reached to an unprecedented high, is gradually formed its own core competitiveness, and still maintain a relatively rapid development speed.But as a whole,Third party logistics enterprises in China mostly come from traditional warehousing and transportation enterprises in transition, comparison lagged the development of an enterprise organization, operational processes have not transformed from traditional logistics, high logistics costs, responsive of the poor, low effectiveness of logistics.
