An active process. It constantly involves guessing, predicting, checking and asking oneself questions. The ability to understand the written words and responds to them in proper ways. Getting meaning out of a given text. 一、英语课文阅读教学的意义 初中英语阅读教学对教师提出了很高要求:英语教师首先必须具备扎实的语言基本功,较强的驾驭语言的能力和适应性,才能在课堂上知道如何把握时机和方法加以有效地引导和启发学生,这样才能胜任阅读前的启发引导、阅读过程中的答疑解惑、阅读后讨论时的引导分析与归纳的要求;其次,教师必须认真钻研教材,仔细揣摩,并针对学生特点精心设计好教学步骤,即“备课”既备教材,也备学生;再次教师要具备广博的学识与良好的文化素养。 一、英语课文阅读教学的意义 根据新《标准》要求,初中英语阅读教学的目的应包括以下几点: 1、 获取信息,开拓视野,享受乐趣。 2、了解文章的结构,学习语言知识,培 养初步写作能力。 3、提高阅读技巧,培养阅读能力。 二、阅读教学操作要领和实例 1、课文的巧妙导入 2、阅读过程的正确引导 3、提高学生阅读技能的精心指导 4、阅读疑难的及时疏导 5、综观全局,巧妙结课 1、课文的巧妙导入 1.1直观导入法 1.2事件或故事导入法 1.3自由交谈或讨论导入法 1.1直观导入法 Unit 8 Why don’t you learn to sing English songs?
