word文档可编辑 本科生毕业论文 中文题目:基于Pro/ENGINEER的插销塑料模具设计与制造 英文题目:Based on Pro/ENGINEER bolt plastic mold design and manufacturing 学 号:      学生姓名:    教学学院: 机械电子工程学院 届 别: 2017届    专业班级: 13机械设计制造及其自动化1班 指导教师 姓名及职称:    评阅教师 姓名及职称:         完成时间:  2017年5 月14 日    word文档可编辑 摘要 中文摘要:本文以日常使用的电源插座作为研究对象, 详细阐述了塑料插销注塑模具的整个设计过程。设计的内容如下:首先对塑件进行综合分析,了解工程塑料的特性,考虑选择哪种塑料,预算单个制品的体积及重量,选择成型设备的类型和规格,选择成型方案,确定模具的成型结构,然后对主要零部件的进行设计计算,还有其他零部件的设计及选用,通过pro/e三维机械设计完成模具的装配,导出模具的装配工程图,编写主要成型零件加工工艺过程,最后根据以上写出设计说明书。 用Pro/E软件中的制造模块完成型腔、型芯、分型面、浇注系统的设计。用Pro/E中模具设计的外挂软件EMX7.0完成塑料插销模架的设计及其它结构零部件的设计。最后,生成模具的三维装配图。 关键词:Pro/E 插销 注塑模 English abstract:This article take the socket of daily use as the research object, the whole design process of plastic bolt injection mold is described in detail. Design content is as follows: first, comprehensive analysis the plastic parts, understand the characteristics of the engineering plastics, consider to choose what kind of plastic, estimate the volume and weight of a single product, choose the type of molding equipment and specifications, choice the forming scheme, determine the shape structure of the mold, then, design the main components and other components, through the pro/e three dimensional mechanical design complete mold assembly, draw the assembly diagram of the mold, write the main forming parts processing process, Finally, write the design specification according to the above steps. Using the manufacturing module in Pro/E software to complete the design of the cavity and core,the design of fractal surface and pouring system. The design of the plastic pin rack and other design of other structural parts are designed using the mold design in Pro/E. Finally, complete the 3d assembly diagram of the mold.
