信用体系在电子商务中的建设与完善摘要近年来,我国电子商务呈现快速发展的趋势,其贸易额也连创历史新高,但是因为国内电子商务信用体系的建设尚不完善,消费者合法权益受到侵犯等现象时有发生。我国电子商务从 1995—1996年的概念引入、 1999年至今的社会各界自主地广泛应用 ,到2005年4月1日我国信息化首部法律《电子签名法 》的正式颁布实施和相关配套规范文件的相继出台 ,可以说我国电子商务信用管理的法制体系建设已经取得了很大的突破。但总的来说 ,整个法制体系仍不够完善 ,造成了网上交易各方存在信用博弈心理 ,导致了整个电子商务行业巨大的信用风险。加快电子商务发展 ,将会促进我国经济增长方式转变 ,提高国民经济增长的效率和质量 ,形成国民经济发展的新动力 ,实现经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展 。同时可以促进商品和各种要素的流动 ,降低交易成本 ,形成统一完善的市场 ,更好地实现市场对各种资源的基础性配置作用 。提高我国参与国际竞争和在全球范围内配置资源的能力 ,提升我国经济的国际地位。关键词：电子商务　信用体系　完善AbstractIn recent years, Chinas e-commerce presents the fast development tendency, its trade and even a record, but because the domestic electronic business credit system is not perfect, the construction of the consumers legal rights and interests are infringed, etc is often happened.
