香酥烤梨
[sweet pastry roasted pear]
Ingredients: pear 2 (small), vanilla stick 1/4 root, 20 grams of brown sugar, cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon (1 g), 45 g unsalted butter, 25 grams of sugar, almond powder 25 grams, 25 grams of all-purpose flour, a box of ice cream
Practice:
