基于独立成分分析的工频干扰算法研究
摘要:
独立成分分析(ICA)是一种基于高阶统计量的信号分析方法,作为进行盲源分离的一种新工具越来越受到广泛关注。本文首先研究了独立成分分析方法的基本概念,基本模型和一种快速的定点迭代算法,并通过仿真分析了采用FastICA方法进行盲源分离的一些性质。最后通过分析地震信号与工频干扰信号的特点,将工频干扰消除的问题转化为盲源分离的问题之后用FastICA方法处理,并与传统陷波滤波法作比较。结果表明基于ICA的工频干扰方法比常规方法更加有效,在工频干扰消除的领域内有着良好的应用前景。

Title Power interference Algorithm based on independent component analysis
Abstract
Independent component analysis(ICA) is based on higher order statistics signal analysis methods for blind source separation as a new tool for more and more attention. It is given that an independent component analysis basic concepts, the basic model and a fast fixed-point iterative algorithm, and then analyzed by simulation ICA for blind source separation characteristics. Finally, analysis of seismic signals and power interference characteristics, the issue of frequency interference cancellation into a blind source separation problem be followed by the ICA approach and the traditional notch filtering method for comparison. It is showed in the result that ICA is more than the conventional method effective interference cancellation in frequency in areas with good prospect.
