我国个人消费信贷发展中的问题及对策研究 【摘要】消费信贷是经济发展到一定程度，货币信用关系发展到较高水平时，为缓解消费与生产之间的矛盾，使消费增长速度适应生产增长速度而出现的一种金融服务产品。我国的个人消费信贷是在改革开放后伴随住房制度改革起步的。然而，与发达国家相比，我国的个人消费信贷发展水平还是比较落后我国现阶段发展消费信贷中尚存在一些问题，如商家、政府的信用危机及个人信用制度缺乏、贫富分化日趋明显等，据此必须探讨解决这些问题的途径，建立起配套的信用消费制度，解决居民收入增长及贫富分化问题，适时发展多种形式的消费信贷等方法，从而使信用消费成为推动经济发展强大力量。。在新时期，研究个人消费信贷的新问题，对促进我国个人信贷的发展，进一步拉动经济发展有着深远的意义。论文对个人消费信贷增加引发的经济增长行为以及如何通过个人消费信贷来拉动经济发展的问题进行探索。分析了我国个人消费信贷发展的现状、存在的问题以及影响因素，最后针对存在的问题和影响因素提出了发展策略。对于增强消费意识、化解金融风险、培育商业银行新的利润增长点、扩大内需、促进经济增长等都具有一定的理论指导帮助和现实意义。abstract】 Consumer credit is economic development, to a certain degree of monetary credit relations development to a higher level, in order to alleviate the contradiction between consumption and production, consumption growth speed adaptation production growth and emergence of an financial services products.
