Methods Chooses the March 2012 to 2015 2 months in our hospital psychiatric accept treatment of 60 cases of mental disease patients as the object of study, retrospective analysis of unsafe events occurred in the process of nursing patients, analysis the causes and take preventive measures, in contrast to the implementation of prevent the incidence of Vanzos before and after adverse events. Results the incidence of unsafe events was 20% in the patients with mental disease after giving the patient specific preventive measures, which was significantly lower than 83.33% (Plt;0.05) before the implementation of preventive measures. Conclusion According to the reasons of the unsafe factors in psychiatric nursing, the preventive measures for the patients, which can effectively reduce the incidence of unsafe events, is worthy of promotion and adoption. 　　【Key words】Psychiatric nursing; Unsafe factors; Preventive measures 　　由于精神科患者的特殊性，加上患者的情绪及行为的不确定性，在护理操作及处置等环节相对于医院的其他环节，更容易发生不安全事件及医疗纠纷，在临床上简单的活动均会存在较大的风险[1-2]。为此，我院特分析在护理过程中出现不安全事件的原因，并根据不安全事件发生原因采取防范措施，现将精神科护理过程中的不安全因素及防范措施总结如下。 　　1.资料和方法 　　1.1 资料与方法 　　择取2012年3月至2015年2月在我院精神科接受治疗的60例精神病患者作为本次研究对象，年龄最大的70岁，最小的40岁，平均年龄为（58.56plusmn;0.67）岁，男女比例为35:25。 　　1.2 方法 　　回顾分析所有精神病患者在护理过程中发生的不安全事件的资料，并将不安全事件发生的原因进行分类统计。根据记载的不安全事件资料，分析产生不安
