精品论文 参考文献 经阴道彩色多普勒超声对剖宫产瘢痕处早期妊娠的临床价值 湖南省第二人民医院（湖南省脑科医院）超声科 湖南长沙 410000 【摘 要】目的：探讨并分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声对剖宫产瘢痕处早期妊娠的临床价值。 方法：以2013年2月-2015年3月我院42例临床确诊为剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者作为本次实验研究对象，均接受经腹部彩超常规检查，再进行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查，观察并分析检查结果。结果：阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫瘢痕妊娠准确率显著高于腹部彩超诊断结果，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；剖宫产后瘢痕处妊娠超声图像主要特征有混合型包块或妊娠囊着床位于剖宫产的瘢痕处，宫颈与宫腔状态较正常。结论：彩色多普勒超声在准确判断孕囊着床的位置、肌层厚度及血供情况等方面具有重要作用，其检出率及定位准确率均较高，具有操作简便、可多次重复检查等特点，值得临床上推广应用。 【关键词】阴道彩色多普勒超声 剖宫产 瘢痕妊娠 [Abstract] objective：to study and analyze the transvaginal color doppler flow imaging（cdfi）in the clinical value of early pregnancy cesarean section scar. Methods：in a February 2013 - March 2015 from 42 patients with clinical diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy as the research object，the experiments are accepted after abdominal colour to exceed the regular examination，then the transvaginal color doppler ultrasound examination，observation and analysis of test results.Results：vaginal color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy diagnosis accuracy is significantly higher than the abdomen colour to exceed，the difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）；Cesarean section scar in pregnancy ultrasound image features a mixed bag piece or gestational sac implantation in cesarean section scar，the cervix and uterus state is normal.Conclusion：color doppler ultrasound in the accurate judgment of the position of pregnant bursa implantation，muscle layer thickness and plays an important role in aspects such as blood supply conditions，the detection and location accuracy is higher，has the characteristics of easy operation，can be repeatedly check，worthy of clinical application. [Key words] vaginal color doppler ultrasonic cesarean scar pregnancy 剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠是一种特殊类型的异位妊娠，指妊娠囊或胎盘着床于剖宫产子宫瘢痕处。近几年来，因剖宫产率不断增加，导致剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠发病率呈上升趋势[1]。一般情况下，该病发病较隐匿，孕早期多数因误诊为组织残留或宫内孕而做人流手术，在手术过程中常引发致命性大出血。彩色多普勒超声是剖宫产后瘢痕处妊娠诊断的首选方法，其具有无创、实时、经济、可重复检查等优势[2]。腔内彩超不仅可准确判断孕囊着床的位置，也可判断血供情况及肌层的厚度，为制定临床治疗方案提供重要依据。为探讨研究经阴道彩色多普勒超声对剖宫产瘢痕处早期妊娠的临床价值，本文选取2014年2月-2015年3月我院收治的42例剖宫产
