A、上班前按规定穿戴好劳动防护用具。
B、面案、菜案应摆放合适、牢固,切菜时注意力集中,使用工具(菜刀、锅铲等)使用完后,应摆放固定地点,以防发生意外事故。
c、锅内加工食品时,严禁上锅台。上下笼时应关闭蒸柜煤气。
D、发现电器故障时不得随意修理,应找专业人员修理。
E、点炉火时,必须先开风机再点火;关火时应先关煤气源,后关风机。遇突然停电,应马上关闭煤气电源。
F、所有机械应固定专人操作,操作时应注意:
1)定期为所有机械转动部位加油,并对机械运转情况进行检查,发现问题及时找维修人员,不得带故障操作,开机前应首先检查所用机械安全防护装置是否完好,确认无误后方可开机操作。
2)和面机必须停机后方可往外掏面,机器运转中严禁将手伸入和面机内。
3)所有机械清洗必须关机后进行
4)所有机械每次用毕都应清洗。
G、工作完毕后必须对工作场地进行清理。
