平衡计分卡在民营企业绩效管理中的应用研究学士学位论文.doc

摘 要 改革开发三十二年来，我国的市场经济已逐步进入稳定阶段。我国民营企业也在这次市场经济“大潮”中迅速发展起来，并逐步成为了我国经济发展的重要力量之一。 由于我国民营企业发展速度过快，我国相关法律法规没有“跟上”，致使我国民营企业从开始建立到后来的成为我国一支重要的经济力量，企业内部一直都存在着绩效管理上的诸多问题。 本文针对民营企业绩效管理方面的问题，提出了平衡计分卡的管理方法。本文采取理论研究与实证调查相结合的方法，通过介绍平衡计分卡的内容，引入了平衡计分卡战略管理系统。在此基础上，分析ABSTRACT Thirty years of reform and opening, Chinas market economy has gradually into the stable phase.China’s private enterprises have developed rapidly in the market economy ‘tide’.As the fast pace of development of private enterprises, Chinas relevant laws and regulations do not ‘keep up’ resulting in the establishment of private enterprises from the beginning to later of becoming an important economic force, enterprise performance management have been there many problems on the .In this paper, private enterprise performance management issues, proposed the Balanced Scorecard management approach.
