CASS工艺处理城市生活污水
设计总说明
1 设计任务
随着该城市在贸易、旅游等各方面的发展,人民生活水平的提高,污水量增加以及考虑到目前排水设施的不健全,部分生活污水和工业废水直接排入河道,污染环境,故决定为该市新建污水处理厂,日处理能力8万吨,采用CASS工艺,出水水质要求达到国家污水排放标准的一级B 标准。以较大程度地提高该区域的污水处理率,同时也有助于改善整个区域水系的水质,保护生态环境。
2 设计标准
(1)《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002);
(2)《室外排水设计规范》(GB50014-2006)
3 设计原则
(1) 严格执行国家关于环境保护的有关法规、条例及污水排放标准;
(2) 根据进出水水质要求,通过常用处理工艺的比较选定合适的工艺;
(3) 妥善处理、处置污水处理过程中产生的栅渣、污泥,避免二次污染;
(4) 选用国内外先进、可靠、高效、管理和维修方便的专用设备;
(5) 采用适合我国国情的自动化控制系统,提高自动化程度和管理水平;
(6) 降低噪声、消除异味、改善污水处理厂环境。
4 设计规模
设计水量80000m3/d,占地面积6.0公顷。

Treating civil wasterwater by the method of CASS
General statement of design
1 Design Task
With the development of trade and tourism, the increasing living standard of people and the large scale of wastewater, and taking the uncompleted infrastructures into account, the wastewater treatment plant will be built in the city in order to prevent the phenomenon of direct deposit. The scale of the plant is 80000 cubic metres per day and the method of treatment is CASS. After the treatment process, the quality of outflow should meet the standard of national sewage discharge. The establishment of the wastewater treatment plant will make the treatment process more efficient, improve the quality of outflow and protect the ecological environment in this area.
2 Design Standard
(1) 《The pollutant discharge of urban sewage treatment plant》(GB18918-2002);
(2) 《Code for design of outdoor wastewater engineer》(GB50014-2006).
3 Design Principle
(1) Implement the national relevant policies of environmental protection and standard of sewage discharge;
(2) Choose the compatible process by comparing between several alternative processes;
(3) Proper treatment of the sludge which is produced in the wastewater treatment. Avoid the pollution again;
(4) Choose the advanced reliable equipments and instruments from domestic and abroad;
(5) Choose the autocontrol system which comply with national conditio
