有序发光阵列的制备与性能研究
摘 要
纳米材料的研究最初源于十九世纪六十年代对胶体微粒的研究,纳米材料所具有的一系列新颖的物理化学特性使其在催化、传感、电子材料、光学材料、磁性材料、高致密度材料的烧结、陶瓷增韧以及仿生材料等方面有广阔的应用前景。有序阵列有特定的微孔结构、能填充其他元素。根据扫描电子显微镜可以观察微孔中的生长形貌。氧化铝模板是典型的有序阵列。
本课题主要是AAO模板的制备,和稀土氟化物在AAO模板的生长方式的研究。本实验用阳极氧化的方法制作AAO模板,制备好的模板在真的条件下灌注氧化钐,并对其生长的方式进行研究。

Nanomaterials originally derived from nineteen sixties research on the colloidal particles,Nanomaterials possess a series of novel physical and chemical properties,In catalysis, sensing, electronic materials, optical materials, magnetic materials, high-density sintered material, ceramic toughening and biomimetic materials have broad application prospects.Ordered arrays have a specific pore structure can fill the other elements that can be observed under a scanning electron microscope in the growth morphology micropores,Alumina template is typical of ordered arrays
The main subject is the preparation of AAO template and rare earth fluorides in the growth pattern of the AAO template research The experimental method of anodizing production AAO template Really good template prepared under the conditions of perfusion in samarium oxide,and the way to study their growth
