离体家兔肠肌运动.doc

家兔离体肠肌活动的影响实验 周瑶瑶 (浙江中医药大学滨江学院 2009临床医学3班,20092270126) 【摘要】目的 研究0.01%乙酰胆碱(Ach)、0.01%肾上腺素(E)、1NHCl、1NNaOH溶液25℃台氏液及缺氧等条件对家兔离体肠肌运动的影响。方法 制备家兔离体小肠平滑肌标本,放置于灌流浴槽中,生物信号采集处理系统记录在不同因素作用下张力曲线。 结果 滴加0.01%乙酰胆碱(Ach)、1NNaOH溶液后,肠肌运动张力和频率都增大;滴加0.01%肾上腺素(E)、1NHCl、肠肌运动张力和频率迅速降低;25℃台氏液刺激离体肠肌时,肠肌运动张力和频率先迅速下降后逐渐增大;停止通氧后,肠肌运动张力和频率逐渐降低。结论 0.01%乙酰胆碱(Ach)、1NNaOH溶液刺激能促进肠肌运动,0.01%肾上腺素(E)、1NHCl能抑制肠肌运动,短时低温能使肠肌运动稍降后又加强直至正常,缺氧使肠肌运动减弱。 关键词:Hcl、NaoH、离体肠肌、乙酰胆碱???肾上腺素 Rabbit intestinal muscle activity from the body of the impact experiment Zhou yao-yao (zhejiang university of traditional Chinese medicine binjiang college class 3, 2009 clinical medicine 20092270126) Abstract : objective Research 0.01% acetylcholine (Ach), 0.01% epinephrine (E), 1NHCl, 1NNaOH solution ℃ Taiwans fluid and 25 of rabbit oxygen from the body condition such as the influence of intestinal muscle movement.. Results Drops of add 0.01% acetylcholine (Ach), 1NNaOH solution intestinal muscle movement, tension and frequency increases; Drops of add adrenaline 0.01% (E), 1NHCl, intestinal muscle movement tension and frequency rapidly reduces; 25 ℃ Taiwans fluid from the body when the stimulus, intestinal muscle tension and frequency of intestinal muscle movement first fell rapidly after gradually increases; Stop after the intestinal muscle movement, oxygen tension and frequency gradually reduced. Conclusion 0.01% acetylcholine (Ach), 1NNaOH solution stimulation can promote intestinal muscle movement, 0.01% epinephrine (E), 1NHCl can restrain bowel muscle movement, short-term low temperature can make after lower intestinal muscle movement, and strengthen until normal oxygen made intestinal muscle motion decreases.
