Through the use of CRM systems, enterprises can improve the capacity and efficiency of their customer management, increase customer satisfaction with enterprises, so as to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises, enhance economic efficiency. This system is based on SaaS model, with to customers actual needs in the management of small and medium enterprises in the background, enabling basic information maintenance, we started from client relationship management theory and application, studied the data and function in the client relationship management of SMEs. the customers information maintenance, information query, account management, support tools, system management functions. We built a mature and applied CRM system truss and layer frame on the basis of research on electronic business and information-based enterprise. Then we implemented CRM, and finally according to systems analysis and design of the results of the function modules of the system implementation process.
