PAGE 家用切片切丝机设计(根茎类、块类蔬菜) 摘要:根茎类、块类蔬菜家用切片切丝机的设计主要是在原有大型切菜机的基础上,对设计要求及工作原理进行系统分析后完成的创新设计。本文着重说明了家用切片切丝机整体结构的设计过程,包括原理方案设计,传动机构、切削机构和压紧定位机构的设计以及主要部件的结构设计,并对部分设计结果进行校核。本设计需手动操作,并采用直齿圆锥齿轮传递动力,以实现运动方向的转变。切削机构结构简单,主要由盘形刀架、垫块及切片刀和切丝刀组成,调节切削形状及切削厚度方便。上下顶盖间开合较为频繁,采用杠杆锁止器实现快速连接。整体机构采用立式布置,结构紧凑,并可实现三个工位依次加工,分类收集的功能。本设计重新选择动力来源,改进切削方法,不仅增强了家用切片切丝机的加工能力,还提高了使用的安全性。 关键词:切片切丝机,传动方案,锥齿轮,切削机构、压紧定位机构,杠杆锁止器,工位 Design of Household Slicing-shredding Machine (for Rhizome and Tuber) Student number: Name: Liu Jiangli Supervised by Chen Fang Abstract: The design of household slicing-shredding machine is based on the original design data and detailed analysis of its design requirement and operational principle. It is a design with certain innovation. This article highlights the design process of slicing-shredding machine’s whole structural design, including the design of principle scheme, transmission mechanism, cutting mechanism, chucking system and the main parts, etc. Apart from this, it provides some checking data of the design results. This design has to be operated manually, and it uses spur bevel gears to transmit motion and change direction. This simple cutting mechanism is made up of a disc tool rest, blocks, a smooth blade and a shredding blade, so the chip dimension can be regulated easily. Using lever locks to achieve the opening and closing of the top. With an upright arrangement, the whole structure is compact and can achieve processing three working positions in order and collecting the items individually. After reselection of the basic motive source and improvement of cutting method, the processing capability and safety of the household slicing-shredding machine is improved.
