块根状蔬菜切片机的设计 摘要：过去的几年里，“食品”成为了出镜率最高达词汇。食品安全也成为了老百姓们关注的焦点，中国食品在国际市场频繁遭受外国的狙击：经济成为国际间不同国家的竞争舞台，而食品则在东西方经济碰撞中扮演着主要角色。食品价格普遍上涨，劳动力不再廉价，这些都给企业造成了负担。过去，中国食品工业凭借着原料和劳动力的价格优势，参与国际竞争，占有了一定的市场份额。当劳动力不再是竞争优势，食品科技就成为食品工业的竞争法宝。块根状蔬菜切片机，作为食品机械中的一种主要产品，对于食品工业而言，有着不可或缺的作用。 本文设计的块根状蔬菜切片机，采用离心式结构，结构简单，占地面积小，切片效率高，造价相对低廉，满足了食堂，饭店，食品加工厂对于块根状蔬菜的切片要求。 关键词：食品；竞争；优势；块根状蔬菜切片机；离心运动 THE ROOT VEGETABLES SLICING MACHINES DESIGN Absract:The past few years, food became the appearance of the highest rates of vocabulary.
